Every Rival light is covered by a 3-year warranty against manufacturing defects and
electrical failure under normal domestic use.
WHAT IS COVERED
For 3 years from the date of delivery, we cover:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Electrical failure of the fitting under normal domestic use
- Finishes or components that fail prematurely through no fault of the customer
WHAT IS NOT COVERED
- Normal wear and tear, or cosmetic marks from use
- Light bulbs (these are consumable and not supplied with most fittings)
- Damage caused by improper installation, or installation not carried out in accordance
with the instructions supplied and UK wiring regulations
- Damage from misuse, accidents, alterations, or unauthorised repair
- Damage caused by voltage irregularities, water ingress, or use outside a normal
indoor domestic environment
- Products used commercially, unless stated otherwise on the product page
HOW TO MAKE A CLAIM
Contact us within the 3-year period with:
- Your order number
- A description of the fault
- Photographs or a short video showing the problem

We aim to respond to all warranty enquiries within 1–2 business days.
HOW CLAIMS ARE RESOLVED
Once your claim is approved, we will, at our discretion:
- Send a replacement product or replacement part, or
- Issue a refund to your original payment method if a replacement is unavailable
Approved replacements are sent at no cost to you. If we ask you to return the faulty
item, we cover the return postage. Refunds are processed within 10 business days of
the claim being approved.
YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS
This warranty is offered in addition to your legal rights under the Consumer Rights
Act 2015 and does not replace or limit them. It also sits alongside our 30-day return
policy, which allows you to return an order within 30 days of delivery.
